We process all orders as quickly as possible. Your shipment will arrive at your address within 1 to 3 business days from the moment of order confirmation.
For all orders under 3000 denars, the delivery cost is a fixed 150 denars.
For all orders over 3000 denars, delivery is free (entirely at our expense).
Delivery is carried out throughout the entire territory of the Republic of Macedonia, directly to your door.
To provide you with complete security when purchasing, we use cash on delivery as the standard payment method. You pay only after you receive your Kikolino box in your hands. This model eliminates the need to enter payment cards online and gives you full control over the process.
After confirming your order, our team will prepare the shipment. When the courier service picks it up, we will notify you that your package is on its way to you. Upon delivery, please ensure someone is present at the address provided in the order. If you are unavailable, the courier will try to contact you at the phone number provided with the order to arrange a suitable time.
Kikolino takes full responsibility for the shipment until it is delivered to the recipient. In case of any irregularity during transport, our team is here to resolve the issue immediately – you just need to contact us via email at kikolino.kids@gmail.com.
